Working prototypes, Voice UI designs and scripts for delivering an omni-channel interactive voice agent experience.  

We created a working model for how a guest could do everything from control their room lighting, to find the best places to eat in the neighborhood.  We even built a method for visually-impaired guests to navigate the features of their rooms.
